​​We are happy that you’re considering becoming a member of our parish family!  Please take a moment to complete our parish registration form.  You can use one of these three methods to complete the form, then return it to us.

1. Use our fillable parish registration form and complete on line.  Save the completed form to your computer and follow the instructions below for returning to the parish.

2. Download our printable parish registration form and complete.  Follow the instructions below for returning to the parish.

3. You may also pick up a registration form from the plastic wall hangings in our Narthex, or by stopping by the parish office during our office hours (Monday-Thursday, 9 am-5 pm and Friday, 9 am - noon). Follow the instructions below for returning to the parish.

Once the form is completed please return using one of the following methods:

1. Email to parishoffice@stjoenash.org

2. Dropping it in the collection chest (before/after) Mass

3. Dropping it off at the parish office

4. Conventional mail to: St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua, NH 03062
